Terms of use
Zign is a small ritual for reflection and fun. Please take its reflections as a sign to think with, never as advice.
Who we are
Zign is provided by Reva Solutions Limited, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By using Zign you agree to these terms. If you downloaded Zign from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply.
What Zign is, and isn't
- Zign's reflections are short lines chosen at random from sets written for each personality. They are for thinking with, and for fun.
- They are not predictions, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Don't make important decisions on a reflection alone.
- If something is weighing on you, please talk to someone you trust or a local support line. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Purchases
- Zign is free to download. Zign Voice, Zign Complete and the upgrade from Zign Voice to Zign Complete are one-off purchases: you pay once and keep them. There are no subscriptions.
- Prices are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you pay, and payment is taken by them.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
- You can restore your purchases on another device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account: tap the gold dot on the main screen, then Restore purchases.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Zign on devices you own or control. The reflections, voices, sounds, artwork and design belong to Reva Solutions Limited or our licensors. You're welcome to share images of your own reflection cards with friends and on social media. Please don't copy, resell or republish Zign's reflection sets or recordings, or try to take the app apart.
Changes and availability
We may update Zign, change these terms, or, rarely, stop offering a feature. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Things you have bought stay available in the version of the app you have.
Liability
We work hard to make Zign reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on Zign's reflections or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
