Privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

Zign keeps everything on your phone. Your name and settings never leave it, and your questions are only ever thought, never typed.

In short

  • No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking.
  • Your name and settings are stored only on your device.
  • Zign never records or receives your questions.
  • If you buy something, Apple or Google handles the payment, and our purchase service, RevenueCat, keeps an anonymous record so your purchase can be checked and restored.

Who we are

Zign is an app made by Reva Solutions Limited, a company in Hong Kong, which also makes Zenest. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Reva Solutions Limited. You can reach us at [email protected].

What stays on your phone

Zign stores a few things on your device so it can work the way you left it:

None of this is sent to us or anyone else. It is deleted when you delete the app.

Your questions

You never type your question into Zign: you think of it while holding the dot. Zign has no text field for questions, does not use the microphone, and receives nothing about what you were thinking. Reflections are chosen at random on your device.

Purchases

Zign is free. Zign Voice and Zign Complete are one-off in-app purchases.

What we don't do

Children

Zign is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

How long data is kept

What is on your phone stays until you delete the app. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as they are needed to provide restores and to meet accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and equivalent laws where you live (such as the UK and EU GDPR), you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because Zign has no accounts and RevenueCat's records are anonymous, we usually hold nothing that identifies you. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 40 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what Zign collects, we will also say so in the app's update notes.
